- When will the registrations open?
Registration for the 50th Vogalonga closed well in advance due to the high number of participants.
We've opened a waiting list for those who weren't able to register. If bibs become available, we'll proceed in order of entry: https://forms.gle/1chiC1YHsv8N8dfu8- How can I register?

- How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee for the 2026 edition is €30 per person on board.
- Which are the necessary data for the registration?
• Registrant data: name, surname and email address.
• Group manager data: name, surname, gender, tax code, address, post code, city, country, province, telephone number.
• For each boat: name, type of rowing, type of boat, metres, number of crew members, club, club address, nationality, email and telephone number of the contact person for the boat
• General data of each crew member: name, surname, email address, telephone number, country and province.
- I didn’t receive an email for the confirmation of my registration

- Entering rower names
Once the payment has been made you will find your boats in your AREA
PERSONAL, in the section YOUR BOATS. By clicking on the icon next to your vessel you can
enter the data of the rowers.
N.B: you can change your crew data at any time.
- Collection of Vogalonga kit
Registration materials can be picked up from May 18th to 23rd, from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm, provided that at least four days have passed since your registration was finalized. On Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd, the registration office, located at San Marco 3998, will be open until 6:00 pm.
We would like to inform you that if you should be delayed collecting your kit at the Registration Office, on Sunday morning you will still be able to obtain kit from the starting pontoon near Punta della Salute after 8.15am. Please inform the Vogalonga Committee at the address info@vogalonga.com including your ticket number. You are requested, however, to provide a copy of your registration documents and registration number in order to aid the voluntary staff in their work.- Is the medical certificate required?
The Vogalonga isn’t an agonistic manifestation: the medical certificate is not required.

For the boat rental we suggest you to contact rower associations.

- Boats slip and launch

- Is it possible to add or remove a rower?
You can add rowers in complete autonomy within your personal area, in the YOUR ORDERS section, by clicking on the icon to the right of your order.
On the next screen you will find, at the top right, the 'Add crew members' button, enter the number of people to add to the boat and, after having checked the consent to data processing, click the 'Confirm Order' button.
If you wish to cancel rowing machines, send an email to info@vogalonga.com indicating:
- name and surname of the registrant
- boat bib number to be changed
- number of your order
- Is it possible to add or remove a boat?
Certainly!
To add a vessel simply place a new order.
To cancel a vessel, send an email to info@vogalonga.com indicating:
- bib number of the boat to be cancelled
- name and surname of the registrant
- order number
- Is it possible to change the crew members along the way?
Sure! However, the Vogalonga materials (posters, t-shirts and medals) will be given according to the number of fees paid.
Informazioni Varie
- Is it possible to left the manifestation in advance?
The Vogalonga isn’t a competitive race: you can leave the manifestation at any time. However, medals and certificates will be given of those who will reach the finish line.
- Dress policy
There are no rules about clothes, for this edition. Is it therefore possible to wear promotional t-shirts.
- Suspension of water bus service
Usually the water bus service stops from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. However, we suggest you to check the ACTV website for more information, some days before the event: http://actv.avmspa.it/en/news
- Adverse weather conditions
In adverse weather conditions the Organizing Committee affirm that certificates of attendance will be awarded to all crews including those who run into trouble and so may decide to complete a shorter course. Throughout the Vogalonga a restrictive order banning the circulation of water traffic will be implemented and assistance will be offered along the prescribed course of the event.

- Canale di Cannaregio
Buoys to regulate the stream of boats will be placed at the entrance to Rio di Cannaregio. Signs warning of any obstacles in the canal will also be posted there and on board a boat. We request that all crews follow the instructions of the voluntary staff managing the flow of traffic in order to prevent congestion and overcrowding.
We would also like to remind you that this is a non-competitive event.
Buoys placed ahead of Ponte dei Tre Archi will guide the crafts under the central arch of the bridge.
- Reentry
During the journey back to the Grand Canal, keep to the side.
- Emergencies
Assistance and law enforcement boats will be positioned along the entire route to provide support to boats in difficulty. All boats are in radio connection. The number +39 393 9599220 is active to contact the Organizing Committee in contact with the Medical Guard.
- Is it possible to use the Vogalonga logo?
We're sorry, but the Vogalonga logo is a registered trademark and is protected by copyright. For this reason we cannot allow its use.

The Vogalonga organization does not provide hotel accommodations, leaving participants free to choose the solution that best suits their needs.
